                    Ok i will tell u one thing here one person who' s name is naveen currently owned SZr bike you can find him in yahama bike thread , on chat he told me tht one of his frd working in R&D department of hero and he confirmed tht its only a cosmetic changed bike of ZMR ....

                          Its gonna look the same but a bit bulky from the front.. thinking its gonna come with a projector or a dual headlamp..

                            Dont think any projector or engine change...but from the spy pics...it seems that whole design has been changed....for both bike....

                              When I meant its gonna look the same.. I meant the ZMA and ZMR from rear is gonna look same in the refreshed model.. but the front of ZMR will be a little bulky.. hope they have reduced the weight of both the bikes.. but from the bulky looks, it might have increased the weight..
