Out of the many people who have ridden the mojo, I have not heard a single person complaining/criticizing so much. We even have one member who was totally apprehensive about it but ended up booking the bike after a test ride.

But the majority of criticizing comments on this thread have come from people who have not even ridden the bike once! And 99% are bawling about its looks even though looks are the most subjective. If someone likes the way it looks, case closed. As simple as that.

Is the design bad in the sense that it creates any problems with the bike? Nothing like that too.

Will it endure in the market? Too early to say so.

It took a looong way to come - Sure sir. But its here now. Please go ride it first.

The pulsar CS400 will beat the shit out of it - Let it be launched first. Will see then.

Mahindra 2 wheelers is screwing up the mahindra group - They have launched a new product with great hopes and ambition and also they have their own strategists,if required they will take steps.

Let's appreciate a new launch, a new bike on the roads, one more touring option and an Indian company finally taking the right steps. And let's criticize after riding the bike personally.

      Opening the thread again.

      Hey guys,
If you want changes of any sort in Xbhp, there's a Suggestions & Feedback section, you can open a new topic there.
Plus, you all have mail IDs of the senior staff (sunilg, oldfox (att) xbhp.com), you can contact them directly.
What's the point in hijacking a thread? There's a procedure for everything..

Let's give this thread a new start, and let's give Mahindra a well deserved chance. Let Mojo launch, and maybe then we can decide for ourselves...

In the meantime, if you have any updates or news, do post them...

Thanks Samarth for cleaning the thread. It is ok to have prejudice against a brand, however like all unwanted things older members should learn to control the urge to bash a brand. Lets give Mahindra time to prove itself. From the initial reviews it looks like an honest effort by Mahindra. Lets give them a chance. I am sure Mr.Mahindra is a fine businessman and has better judgement than keyboard strategists here.

RE sold 30K bikes last month.

I'll pray Mahindra Mojo to damage some figures of RE.

Hope it will get the respect what it deserve.

Any info on if/when Mahindra intends to introduce the Mojo in smaller cities and number of units they plan to produce?

Unfortunately, most big(ger) bike sales happen in big(ger) cities; therefore they are aimed for in the first stage!
Depending upon the sales (target) achieved, they would pan out into tier 2 and 3 cities.

Well you can't compare KTM with Hyosung. I'll choose KTM any day. The only one thing I missed in KTM is quality I expected. And it's my personal opinion. You've a problem with Bongs you deal with it. I'm more towards Indian philosophy.

Test rode Mojo yesterday. On the way to showroom, I was like let's see how is Mahindra Product, the regular commuter bike like Rodeo and Centuro was in mind. The moment I sat on bike, I was like dude this is awesome. I don't remember the kilometres but I rode for like 20-30 Min. DB killer were removed and it has the heaviness in sound. IMHO the heaviness was better than RE and it was not deafning sound.

I would request everyone to just take a test ride of the bike whether you want to buy it or not. You will fall in love the bike and if dB killers are removed you will fall in love without riding it.

One more thing, its not ugly as it looks in pics. Volcano Red is awesome.

Thanks to Khandelwal Motors. You guys have been awesome.

I also know a couple of people who got delivery of the bike in Pune already. Dont think they are xBhpians.

                              Booked Mojo yesterday evening.

These HDFC guys are taking hell lot of time to finance my case. I don't understand Why?

I have completed all formalities approx 15 days back or I guess its been more than 15.

                              Thinking of changing the bank.
