          Imminent i would say. I booked bike on 12 December in chennai but till now i am waiting for delivery (Standard version is readlily available though). When i inquired about this in dealership, They hinted that delivery is delayed by Honda. That rings a bell ? . So i submitted a ticket in customer portal. Someone called me last week and told that the upgrade may be the reason for delay. I am not sure if i would get upgraded version but Honda did took switch gear mishap seriously.

            I'm really not sure but as I have heard from lot of peoples that they are waiting for their delivery, I think only dealership here is offering immediate delivery that's why I'm waiting for the kill switch update to book mine

            But the disappointment is that yesterday I called both dealership and their customer care and both denied any information on that. I don't know how much do we have to wait for this. I have already started looking for other options

                    Forget Hornet Even their premium offering cb150r dosen't have Engine kill switch .

                      Oh! I booked CBS variant on 9th Feb and i'm in waiting period for 30 to 45 days, yes as you said standard model was available, hope the waiting period is compensated by modified switchgear and engine kill switch..
