          Coz the bike has to be registered, as it's a new model the RTO will take time to feed all the info, once it's in the system next batch bike will be delivered in 2days.

              Deliveries have started in Bombay. This was shared by a Bajaj dealer, Executive Bajaj Malad.

                This is not scare you or something of that sort, but make sure the in these 15 days of waiting time they(Showroom) don't misuse for other purpose. Like test rides etc.
                I may be wrong. But, I suppose they can handover the bike to you with a TC/TR right?

                  In Mumbai it is not the practice. Vehicle comes out of showroom only with registration no. Also I m not keen on handling RTO formalities myself

                        You paid the money, and RTO legalities will be same for everyone. So at given day if 2 bikes go to RTO for registration and one bike go out on road few minutes early will you feel "bad".
                        Its a bike, no one will remember who bought it first or who rode it first. It will be you who have to enjoy the ownership.
