Here in Bangalore TD not started , few folks with good contact had got to ride the bike or ppl who already made payment were given un-official TD. Even RTO approval is still pending. so don't go by some videos

Wrong information. TD have started. Nothing like people who have booked have got to ride the bike only.

The video that you see was taken just before i rode it. The guy did not intend to book it.

Please research before posting. TVS is giving test rides to everyone.

And no RTO approval isn't pending. It came on last Monday. I have seen it.

Funny part, TVS booked TD for me and told me to go at specific time. When i went there, the TD is not available with the showroom, and it is around a month away just for TD, But i heard delivery will start this week..

Had updated my contact details on TVS webpage.. Received an acknowledgement SMS from TVS that they would call me by 4 PM with details..

They called me sharp by 4PM, the lady was speaking in regional language, enquired the landmark, pincode & suggested the aval dealers in chennai.. She even promised me for an appointment with dealer.. This was strange.. Anyways good..

Great job TVS.. Happy to see, they acknowledge contact details & address the customer via phone..

Anyone had similar experience ?..

Had a look at the bike today - way too big, feels more like 500/650 CC bike. Finish and detailing are top-notch. Really a premium flagship offering from TVS.

Personally, I'd stay away because I prefer naked bikes. I am also skeptical about its practical use for day-to-day chores given its huge size. I won't be comfortable maneuvering it in daily traffic. TD was not available at this dealer today, and I am not too keen either.

But Kudos to TVS - great product, albeit more suitable for those who like big, fast & flamboyant bikes. I'd wait for Auto Expo next month to see if Honda, Suzuki, BMW launch practical+powerful touring bikes in 250-300 CC category around 2-2.5L. GS 310 adventure/naked would be great if only BMW launches it soon.

Booked the red one today in Pune. Waiting time 4 months :-(

Use Tapatalk application (Android) and access xbhp forum, you can attach images from mobile phone gallery..

Dont worry, you will get the appointment timings and confirmation message from TVS. They would also send you reminder before your appointment time.
Once you reach the dealer at the appointment time, your will be surprised, not by the TD but the TD itself is not available with the dealer, but still TVS managed to fix an appointment for an unavailable TD

Understand what you saying.. A year back, i had registered for Suzuki Access 125 scooter on Suzuki india website.. I neither received an acknowledgement SMS nor a call from Suzuki confirming the same.. So in that regard, TVS did a good job..

As you said, we are at the mercy of dealers decision to give test ride.. TVS must proactively provide a tollfree to receive feedback that dealers are not co-operative for a test ride..

Anyways, am surprised that Chennai has only 2 dealer for RR310

.. Maybe they will add more in coming days.. AFAIK, TVS must have at-least 15 regualr dealers in chennai and they just chose two of them is something really weird..

I being 50 Kms away from Chennai (tiruvallur), have no choice left, but to travel so much distance to see the bike in flesh, test ride..

Just think about Mumbai, Only one dealer. !! Thing is TVS is repeating the history again. They promise something to create hype and will never concentrate on sales. RTR 200 was spoiled by TVS itself. Afraid same might happen for RR310 regardless of whatever story they say for the delay.

1 dealer for Mumbai.. That is really sad..This shows they are really not fully prepared to address the issues..

Assuming two of the chennai dealers have two bike on display (Black & Red) in each showroom, TVS should have managed to give atleast 6 bike total for chennai, each for one showroom spread across the entire city.. Especially places that can cover Urban/ Sub-urban / Rural areas..I think Suburban areas (dealer) would be the best place as Urban / Rural areas too can drop in & sneak the product..

I have written a suggestion/feedback on TVS facebook page abt lack of bike aval in Chennai across dalership, Dealer not co-operating for test ride.. Just hoping they are swift in resolving issues..

I think both the showrooms are in suburban locales in Chennai to an extent. But these terms are changing everyday.😋

SBM have been good with whatever they have. TVS is the culprit here. They are not delivering enough bikes to the respective dealers. TVS gives the same response on the Facebook page. When questioned further, they disappear!
