Wait till I post a video of my bike from the dash. How about seeing an R15 hit the rev-limiter in 6th gear and clock 150kph on the speedo in some 700mtrs? With stock gearing and stock ECU.

I have tried that set-up too. I have tried a 13T front on a stock bike and the performance was nothing great. The bike runs out of steam and tops at 134kph on the speedo. There is hardly any great gunning acceleration to 60 and 100kph. When dragged with a stock R15, it was hardly 1 bike length ahead.Originally posted by Shadowboy View Post

This is a classic case of a poser with more creativity than brains...
The actual kit silencer is small and much better to look at..
I have seen it at the track launch..see picture.

Heya bunny you are saying that the FZ gets a modified airfiler. But howcome the other magazines are not specifying that. Some magazines is saying that the racekitted FZ gets a Quick throttle is that true.Comment

Just found the MRP of the exhaust kits for both FZ16 and R15, both of them cost 17,241 Rs each. Plus warranty is confirmed to go kaput if the engine related bits(includes ECU and exhaust) are changed.
People who still want to go for these can try Pearl Yamaha at Hyd, they got three exhausts for R15 and three for FZ16.Last edited by digislayer; 08-13-2009, 07:23 PM.Sunny.
