If they (Bajaj) would have bought the P220 with the looks of the P200 (with the features of the P220), it would have been absolutely awesome.
If not that, then perhaps another "version" of P220 which looked like the P200 would have sealed the deal for people like us who still feel the P200 is one of the best looking motorcycles this industry has produced (along with the wonderfully designed FZ ofcourse.

will come with fi, mono shocks, clip ons etc!!
i personally dont trust sales guys but still mentioned it here!

Mutually contradicting statements by Bajaj... According to the link i have provided in the first post, Bajaj officials are clearly stating that they are phasing out the P200 and here we have a Sales guy (sales guys usually have access to inside information) who is painting a different picture altogether...Originally posted by saj View Post

Well..., all have their points right ! Bajaj 'can' make sudden U turns and surprise everyone......just as in case of latest 100cc.

Pavan, agreed the 180 has inherited the looks of the P200 but even then, that "something" seems to be missing from making it a total P200 lookalike.
