Purchase a GPS navigator. Bangalore roads are tough anyways even for those who remember roads well.
So far as I am concerned, I am the most pathetic person that anyone can come across so far as remembering roads of any city is concerned.
I am waiting for GPS navigators to be launched in India at reasonable prices. Currently they are too expensive (Maymyindia and SatGuide).

You are right as per the owner's manual but I'm following the Duke's method which requires an early oil change. Also, if you refer to the Motoman's method, he suggests that the oil change has to be done as early as at 20 miles

Congratulations! At 19, you are one lucky guy to get a Ninja 250R as a first bike

The Ninja sure is an attention magnet -when Gorbi's green Ninja was wheeled outside the showroom, people started flocking around the 250R. Even one of the auto guys stepped out of his vehicle to have a look.

Hope I get mine this week! Gourav, did you get yours today? There are 6 more Ninja's headed to Bangalore, so Sreehari should get his soon too.

Wrong quote in the last post ...Ok an update, talked to Janaki and looks like the number will be received only sometime tomorrow evening so the bike will be available on the 1st at the earliest. I hope that means we'll get it this week

I have already checked DSG stuff here in Bangalore... will visit the Cramster outlet and check their stuff too this weekend...

Cramster jackets are lower-priced than DSG.. I hope they are good in terms of protection

                            • Have any Ninja's been delivered in Bangalore ? I went to the Probiking showroom yesterday to have a look at the Ninja, I must say it looks good & not so bulky as a Comet. I enquired about the delivery period & he stated that it would take about 135 days, I asked him if it was the same for all the bookings that have been made so far & he said yes to that. He said about 30 bookings have been done so far. One more reason for me visiting the showroom was that the Front Glass installation was done by my uncle, so I had to see that also. The front glass is about 20' * 10' & I was really amazed to see that it has been fixed using just 2 fixtures. There are about 4 such glasses covering the entire frontage, & each glass weighs about 650 to 660 kgs.

                              CHEERS,
                              G D
                              PEACE
