I paid up the balance road tax on the 22nd, but the RTO seems to be a 4 day holiday (including Monday), so I guess it is going to be Tuesday or Wednesday for me!
..expecting to pick it up sometime this week. looks like the green ones already have a number so you guys would be picking it up before me

If you are talking about the numbers in the pictures, they are temp registration numbers and NOT the ones which we will ultimately get!Originally posted by gouravkatyal View Postlooks like the green ones already have a number so you guys would be picking it up before me

There could be a millions things to be followed to keep your bike in perfect condition. To cut it short, just be gentle on her, follow the service schedule and well, you could always ping us here for more help. And congrats for the bike!

Started with the break-in ('moderate' duke method) in the wee hours of yesterday where I touched speeds of above 120 kmph...was just a walk in the park for her
She handles like a charm in the city traffic. The fears of bumping those city speed breakers were layed to rest too. Be ready to educate the masses esp. at the traffic signal stops about her ORP, mileage and warning light. I don't have her high resolutions pics with me yet...they are with a friend of mine who is out of town...have one taken during her consecration though...the phoren baby in her desi avatar
