If the bike is going to be priced at 3.1 in Pune, then surely the taxes imposed on it are much more than I am speculating. After paying huge custom duty to the govt, we have to pay road tax for the roads that the govt hardly constructs!

No, same place and decor but it was mounted only at the front pivot.

Now they have the pivots at both front and back

Ya, may be coz last time they were kept directly at the gravel/sand/stone particles there..!! But the bigger/better point to ask is that is the same bike which was present last time..
