The increase in performance is directly proportional to the size of the hole in your pocket :D

I will be buying it as soon as it hits Bangalore, that's for sure. For Rs.2.70 ex showroom, the pricing is unprecedented for a fully imported 250R without localisation. It would cost USD 4800 abroad, if not less - $4500 is only for the carburettor version. Even in Japan, a FI 2009 Ninja costs around INR 275,000.Originally posted by ashes View Postany xbhpian seriously thinking of buying one??
So almost same ex-showroom price in India and overseas - incredible. We should be thanking Bajaj for taking the initiative - trust me, they have meant well. And don't get me wrong- 3 lakhs is a lot of money in India, but this bike is worth the 600 Gandhiji's...
By the way, I called up the B'lore probiking showroom and they have no information yet, so I am guessing I will get my hands on it only after a few weeks! Then I am 18 again!!
