We have always known about the development of the Honda 250cc single mill. The price was also doing the rounds in the grapevine. However that they would release it this soon seems speculative.

I have sold my Karizma and have been waiting since 4 months to pick a new bike. Was very keen on Ninja and is ok about the price of it too , but rate of spare parts scared the breath out of me. So since couple of weeks i was thinking i will grab the R15 by month end. ERRRRR....there it ges, Honda 250 coming up and Rtr 220 coming up.

What do i do....do i wait. Honda 250 would definetley be a refined and reliable machine. M dead confused again :/

i have cancelled mu upgrades...and waiting for such news from either honda or yamaha.

Diwali..is not so far.

@ Wolfpack- Stick to the Ninja if you can! Its a parallel twin, and seems obvious, will be faster.

I'm wondering which segment its going to be in? Sportbike? Naked/Streetfighter? Or Good ol' City Bike?

mostly NAKED i belive!
I dont mind a 250cc honda sportbike though.

interesting news...dont' think its a Speculation as because earlier too heard that Honda is testing a bike with some new tyre with MRF...

Am sure this bike comes with single cylinder with pgmfi,rear disc, blah..blah..blah..

Rumors, tasty rumors... If this is true, than that would be a really nice thing to get, it will fill the gap between P220s and the Ninja 250, most likely. But going to have to wait and see if Honda is up any thing to this time around.

Honda is coming with it. Yamaha is not coming with anything for sure. However the Diwali bit might be a speculation. That Honda is bringing a 250 is not!
