hey guys but seriously do u think such bikes will be able to stand in the market with our indian companies in compition and the cost of the bikes??? for eg the yahama 125 cc bike was priced 90000!!!!! lolzzzz something i would think of before taking it for sure!!!

In my humble opinion this news is a bit speculation heavy but might not be entirely incorrect. As I think about it, with Bajaj's small car warranting a multi cylinder design Bajaj R&D might try hand at a comparatively smaller and simpler engine first. And with previous creation of the 125cc sports and stunt concepts for KTM they might just have expertise to dare/manufacture a better frame!(Am I too optimistic or what?) But I still think that the price of 1.5 lac is a bit optimistic.

Also about the list I think it definitely lacks KTMs. With dwindling sales in North America and Europe and heavy debt piling on, KTM is in dire need to venture/expand into South America and India for volumes. So it wont be surprising if we might see a Duke or a RC8 hitting our shore very soon for brand building!

Wasn't there rumours about a yamaha 250cc in the pipeline. I asked the dealer here and he had heard news about it too. That said, new Ninja looks juicy for the price.
