hi guyz,
if the purpose of the g2g is to meet ,sit and talk then what better than pragati madian itself there is more than enough place for everbody and above all no tension of police,food would be avaliable there and all the xbhpians would be coming there by default.

what say guyz ?

Going through all the posts in this thread make me think that it will be better that we keep it on two days. One at the beginning and the other on the weekend.I propose the below dates.

Group 1: 6th Jan (Wed)
Group 2: 9th Jan (Sat)

Now I hope that everyone will fall in either of the two groups. The idea of making this thread so early is to give everyone time so that they can plan accordingly and can come on the mentioned dates.

I will be there for 9th Jan meet. Will we visit the Auto Expo on 9th after the meet. And entry tickets will have to be colleted from some sponsors.

For the information of first time Expo vistorsthe entry ticket for general visitors is Rs500. Also most of us have good contacts with respective showrooms from where we have got our Bikes they can provide free entry passes. Most automobile companies including component manufacturers, Oil companies etc send free passes to their dealers so try and get some, actually as many as you can.

A compiled data of who is coming when will be great so as to get an idea as to how many members are falling on either of the two groups.

Great MG, you made everything crystal clear. Now since the Groups are divided, so people can chalk out a plan as per the Group in which they can fit. IMO once the Group theory gets it pace, then we can decide for the timings of the group. Though i would suggest morning as we can collect in huge numbers without any problem be it parking or number of member present.

Plan fast guys these days are gonna fly

@ MG: Bro, but what about those who registered online? They need to be present on 5th, right?

Anyways, I think 6th should be the right date for me. As of now, let me clear my exams, which are upto 24th Dec.
