    I would say that the last days being weekend will definitely be having a maddening rush & crowd of local public as they come in leaps & bounds with their family tugged along, which ruins the interest & motive of going to the expo. We need proper place n' time to go through the expo throughly which is not at all possible on weekends, where its only dhaka - mukki, zara side hona to dikh nahi raha hai, let me also see please & so on...

    xBhp stall attendants / xBhpians who had been at the stalls previous years can comment on the last days / weekends rush n' chaos.

    I would personally prefer the second & third day for my visit, as the first day would be media day n' various launches & the expo starts mid day later for 1st day, so the 2nd & 3rd day would be ideal thats Wednesday & thursday.

    And yes a Mega Auto Expo G2G or such kinda event would be really appreciated & much awaited for. I am coming from Mumbai, will love to meet fellow xBhpians gathering from all over the country at the event, which will give me a chance to personally know n' interact with them.

      n i too agree for a meet at the dhaba... weekday or weekend... we'll have to tell Nizam in advance... so he can arrange some more chairs as it'll be a big enough gathering..

          Well, lot of excitement coming up for the event.

          Just a request, all the guys coming from other cities, we Delhi Xbhpians can assist you and you can ride as a pillion, so it would be great if everyone of you carry a helmet with them(Just to be on the safer side)

                  From Mumbai,
                  Me, Razor, Motor, Darkknight & many others are coming together. We'll land on the night of 9th (friday) & will leave by Sunday evening.
                  Cant help it, as we are taking many leaves in DECEMBER for long tours n 31st.

                      why not do this as per the respective places, where the Offline G2G thread exist, post your date in the Offline G2Gs thread...so that atleast among yourselves you all know who all are coming on which date and then plan up.... rest can post there dates and all plan here... so that accordingly we can plan up for this Mega xBhp regrouping

                          I hope the xBhp mega meet is set up on a weekend only as it will be difficult to take leaves and all for many. I am "berozgaar" though
                          I may have my "pre boards" in weekdays in early Jan and that would make it impossible to come unless the meet happens after 12 PM or so when exams end. The schedule is yet to come but if its on a weekend, i dont care and i will attend the event surely.

                          Would the G2G time remains the same in even Jan chilly mornings? Early mornings 7-8 AM?

                          MODS: If possible please reopen the DELHI G2G thread for making a tentative list for who all can come at what 2 dates or else we will have to do it here . That way the outsider xBhpians can tie up with delhites depending upon the feasibility of location etc.

                          Your stats match mine, ditto. Am sure every Delhi xbhpian will help outsider xBhpians. My bike can carry you peacefully, no need to be agile

                          Once details are finalised, we will see who all gets picked and dropped from where to where by a Delhi xBhpian. I dont mind carrying a pillion.

                          Let the G2G dates come, and pray my exams are after 10th or whatever, please.

                            Share Yesteryears Auto Expo experience here...

                            Guys,

                            I have seen that many Xbhp members are visiting Auto Expo 2010 for the first time, including me!

                            So, it would be nice if some experienced members can share their experiences about The previous Expos - The Auto Expo 2006 and Auto Expo 2008.

                            Points you can mention: The journey, the stay & its duration, the services & facilities offered at Expo, its ambiance, the photography, the shopping you did on/around the expo, what you learnt and gained from the experience and so on.

                            We all should have an idea as to what exactly to expect. Shouldn't we?
