great idea to visit the Auto Expo together.. many Xbhpians could have a chance to meet the seniors as well it could become a G2G for members from all states... great thinking.

looks like not may are doing the online thing i register my number is 5079.
still a long way to go for 1.5 lac.
funnyly they dont mention any bussines hours.
anywya as Xbhp stall is we can always claim to be on "official bussines for Xbhp"Comment

I got myself the online business visitor registration and so will be going on the 5th itself. The first day is the business visitors day only. If we all come on that day then we can avoid the public rush on the 6th-11th.

xBhp Mega Meet during Auto Expo - Jan 2010
As we all know that many xBhpians from all over India will be in Delhi to visit Auto Expo 2010 so this will provide us an excellent platform to have a grand meet of all the xBhpians and get to meet and see the faces who we are familiar online.
So the agenda is simple. Let's fix on a date which is comfortable for everyone followed by time and venue and let's have a blast.

Venue: TBD but probably somewhere like xBhp Dhaba where you don't have any restriction.

In my opinion, date should be either saturday or sunday ie 7th or 8th
Time around noon as it will be very chilly during Jan

Surly our Dhaba will not be able to handle so many guys

this is gonna be a big one. Sunday would be suitable, as getting a leave on a working day in between the Auto Expo is near imposs, expecially becasue I am also taking a few days off towards the end of Jan...Torque nut in the land of horsepower worshippers.
