Guys, now we should confirm more details:-->
1. Time of arrival on 6th/ 9th, (Place: Xbhp Dhaba I think?)
2. Latitude & Longitude wise Location of Xbhp Dhaba, for we, the GPS users?
3. Duration of meeting/ G2G, which may include introduction, chat, food, etc. before we set off for Expo.
These things, I think any mod can announce. Or Shivanshu can announce too... It's about time!

@Samarth: Latitude and longitude for GPS users!? It's a simple route to the xBhp dhaba, really. If you somehow reach Katwaria Sarai, then the Qutub Institutional Area is not very far; it's at a walking distance, quite literally!
As for the timings, I truly believe that if the G2G is kept AFTER the visit to Auto Expo, say by 5pm or thereabouts, then it would be better as we can all get together and discuss and meet each other in a relaxed manner. Else, we would all be in a hurry to go to the Expo, which would kill the actual purpose of this Mega G2G. Don't you think?
Moreover, since 9th January, 2010 (the proposed date for the 2nd G2G) is a Saturday and Saturday being a weekend, the Expo would be choked full of general public. So, make sure each one of you go and visit the Expo as soon as it is thrown open to the public and then come to the xBhp dhaba and attend the G2G.:)Comment
