    Aryan bro.
    would like to advise if we can have a contact list with mob no. of the key persons who would be there on 6th or 9th to assist people coming from out of state. this may even help people living here also. As one would like to know when to come where to come, When would all members will be assembled, this may save time for the member who wants to meet the max. no. of xbhpian , may be in expo or at dhaba.. they can call & check the status & come accordingly..

        Aryan, with reference to the telecon I had with Old Fox and Ken, I guess there is some clarifications needed for the 5th and the 6th. Today is already 4th and we still haven't been updated for the final thing. Would appreciate if you can please check with the concerned and inform accordingly.

              Clarification required

              Hello Mods,
              Kindly let us know about the updates regarding the final list. Sorry to bother but kindly understand that we have to plan our leaves in that way only. In my case, if my presence on 06th is not required then I will cancel the leave. Also, let us know about the briefing which we were supposed to receive.

                  brother as per my information, we xBhpians are not meeting at auto expo, the Mega G2G will happen at our official dhaba, so try coming to the Mega G2G which is happening on 9th January. The timings would be finalized by Mods and all would be updated here.

                            We want pics of all the bikes,cars and the babes with them.

                            I am sure gonna write to FICCI to organise Auto Expo 2011 in Mumbai. This AE should occur every alternate year once in New Delhi and next in Mumbai....so that people from south india donot miss it.

                            Anyways .... awaiting pics... Today is the Media Launch of the Auto Expo.... and from tomorrow the gates of Auto Expo is thrown open to regular junta....

                                No Ankit Media Day of Auto Expo is on 5th Jan which is tomorrow, and then on 6th Jan its the Official Opening Ceremony of Auto Expo with Special Invitees.

                                Auto Expo would be thrown open to public from 7th Jan. i.e. Thursday, with timings as below. These timings would apply on 8th and 11th Jan as well
                                Business Visitors:1000hrs-1500hrs
                                General Visitors:1500hrs-1900hrs

                                January 9th & 10th,(Weekend) would be open for General Visitors. The Timings are as below:
                                Trade / General Visitors: 1000hrs -1900hrs

                                So u gotta wait till next week for all the shutterbugs to upload the pics here bro
