Yeah its built to take on Honda Jazz and Honda City in India.The Etios Sedan is gonna be a performer wid turbo engine n VVTi cam systems pounding over 107bhp just like the Vtec unit on the City.Too bad its gonna be launched in the last quarter of 2010.However both are good cars.(I wish so much that Maruti charges the Swift Dzire with the 125hp GT engine)Hell's Angel

There were two models of the Etios present, a hatchback in stunning Blue and a regular sedan in White. I was personally floored by the hatchback.
Curtain raised on the Etios
The hatchback to me looks strikingly similar to alto/A-star when looked at from the rear or rear 3/4 while up front its headlights seem to be an inspired mix of the Logan & polo & the grill looks very much like the arrow shaped grill of the Honda City.
Inspiration is not a bad thing at all but looking similar to an alto might just make things tough for the Etios.
The interiors look to be of good quality (look being used here as we were not allowed to touch the car
)
The red color seat fabric certainly wasn't to my personal tastes either.

The Sedan looked more pleasing to the eyes and the color scheme of the interiors actually looked gorgeous as rightly pointed out by Kenda.Toyota also promises to supplement the feel good factor by providing it with enough muscle through a 1.5 liter engine.
