It is easy to refuse a ride to friends, as they know you and understand your psyche. But when it comes to relatives, it gets tricky.
A relative of mine wanted to ride my bike when it was at around 300kms on the odo, & I refused saying its in running-in. But he wouldn't understand, & took it negatively. I told him I would offer him to ride the bike after running it in, & when I did so, he refused. I was like
.So, it depends.
I fail to understand, what is the fun in riding a bike that is still running-in !!
I would only give my bike to someone who I'm confident knows to ride, & will take proper care.
I did give my bike to a friend, on a rainy day, simply because I knew he'd ride it well. & boy, he came back grinning & saying that I have not wasted a lakh plus on just another bike, & its worth it!

When it comes to superbikes, the same rule should apply. Though funny, Haroon's video is an apt example of how lack of skills can ruin so many things, when it comes to superbikes.
So if you ride a superbike, learn to say NO in a polite & reasoned out manner.
