Nice video for a start.
My personal suggestion is a little higher mounting point of the GoPro would give a better view of the road and scenery as well.

I realized immediately after seeing the clips that the mount should have been higher. That's the only drawback of a GoPro. One has to back home and check out the clips :-(Opinions are like assholes, everybody's got one. And most of them are full of shit.

Quite a contrast, ain't it? But if you listen carefully, you will hear the drone of the L-twin in the background. And got your point, will take the feedback for the next videoOriginally posted by akshay5591 View PostA question for you

Had a great weekend on the Kari track. 2 days absolutely well spent with the Monster. I could literally see it grin ear to ear and whisper - mate, this is where I belong, would like to come here more often...lol!
I say track days are an absolute must to sync up with your bike and to get to know it a whole lot better. You always end up a better rider lap after lap. Its amazing how a few fundamentals can help you in gaining the confidence and help conquer the unwanted fears one may have .
The Monster performed flawlessly on the track. It never hesitated on any corners, whatever mistakes it had to encounter were mine as in foot peg scraping, losing the entry and apexes and a whole lot of stuff. Huge takeaways for me from these 2 days and will be remembered for a long time. True justice though will only be done when I belt it again and again. Let the track days roll in
Big thanks to my friends Mahesh, Sukesh, Shoaib, Prashant for being with us whenever needed and helping with the logistics. Mahesh bro, your FZ was sorely missing on the tracks man....pack the horses and unleash the beast next time
Enjoy the pics. Will try to get more.Opinions are like assholes, everybody's got one. And most of them are full of shit.

Congrats on the monster... have the right color too..... love the lower end grunt of the twin. It's very sad to hear the situation of Ducati, its a great brand and deserves better. I am sure the track day was a lot of fun and thats where the bike is a blast....whish I can do the same some day. Also you have invested in some great gear and hope as time passes you enjoy the bike more. Ride safe.

Thanks Sarge! Yes indeed, track days are a lot more fun on these machines. Have a few lined up in Jan. Should be fun.Originally posted by Sarge View PostI am sure the track day was a lot of fun and thats where the bike is a blast....whish I can do the same some day. Thanks! Oh it will be absolutely worth it, my friend. There is nothing like riding and owning these machines. Pure joy!Originally posted by Siddharth Jodh View PostNice piece of writing jvh, and quite clear. Reminds me why and what I am working for on an entire Sunday. BTW, nice suit.
A small update -
Chain adjuster tool arrived last Saturday. Makes the job so much easier now instead of going to the service center or calling someone from there. Also arrived is the oil filter wrench. Ordered it in advance so that I can change the oil and oil filter myself around 6-7K mark. Don't want to wait till 12K for that.Opinions are like assholes, everybody's got one.
