Arrow is very smooth and less sounding compared to the werkes

Arrow is little more louder than stock exhaust that's it
Did the dealer mention anything about your warranty?

That is interesting.. Coz I was always under the impression that anything other than an Arrow would void the warranty.. Gotta check with my dealer.

I'm assuming you did the air box modifications & arrow tune map with you arrow silencer. Did you do them with the Competion Werkes one as well? Wanted to gauge whether it is the arrow exhaust or the tune map + air box mods that give you the power bump.

Other dealers might void the warranty
Please do check with ur dealers

Yes I got the arrow map installed even for the werkes exhaust

The mid power power increment is felt after the air box mod
Before when I was running only on slip-on and arrow map
There was power no power loss or loss in Low end power
Which one faces if they slap on a slip-on

Then am I correct in saying that the air box mod is the only one necessary to get a bump in power? Or is the arrow + tune map required as well?.. I actually wouldn't want to change the stock exhaust if I have the option.

Well our stock end can is Brazilian spec which is restricted

The arrow is a free flow slip-on
So to get good performance bump
I would suggest u to change the end can too

Thanks for the Info man.. Just a cpl of Qs... Did you try the CW slipon after the air box mod? Also, were you informed of any risk of dirt etc going into you air box after the mod? Or did u get some sort of a protector for it?

Yes rode with both the arrow and CW
                  Both have similar performance

we need to clean the air filter more frequently now

Red Blooded Hooligan . My 2014 Triumph Street Triple

                        UPDATE

                        clocked 7200 kms
and it was time for 2nd service
i crossed the one year mark 2 months back but didnt get the service done as i clocked very less

2nd service should be done at 10,000kms or one year , which ever is earlier as per manual

I was shocked seeing the oil condition at 7200kmm, it was almost black
got the oil filter and engine oil changed and regular chain clean and break pads cleaning and other miscellaneous stuff.
This time i changed to Motul 7100 instead of the Castrol Racing
Motul felt smoother compared to castrol

i also faced stalling issue which was faced by all Street Triple owners in india
The company has no clue what the problem is and all they do is clean the air filter and throttle bodies.

The bike just shuts off when the clutch is depressed
I'm attaching a video of it,so one can know what im talking about.

During the 2nd service i got few adjustments done to the stepper motor and reset the adaptions hopefully the stalling issue is gone for now

attaching few pics of few rides in the past few months
please excuse few low clarity pics

I envy you and the other bikes big time.

                              Your bike looks sexy.

Do you park your bike on the paddock stand at nights or is just for a few pics you had put it on the stand ?
