Do you really think it matters if the bike is 1 day new or like you said 50year old?
Or if it is a 250 or a 600 or a litre class bike.

It is about having a connection with your bike and taking care of it. For some people a bike is just a medium to transport them from one point to another but for some it is more than that and clearly you don't come under the latter category.
As Sunil sir said you will anyways not understand what one feels like to see your bike redone after all hardships one and his bike has been through during all the trips, tours, races, etc.

I still see people maintain their RD350s like spanking new even though it is more than 20 years old and parts are hard to procure. But why do they do it because they love their bikes and have a connection with the bike. And I really appreciate them for it.

I can very well imagine with this kind of thinking what would you do with your bike even if it is a 600CC after it is 6 months old. Oh yeah the best you'll do is rip the bike apart and sell the bike to a stranger and buy a new one and do this all over again.
        very well said bro.....

          Sunil Sirji,
You are an inspiration to us to maintain our bikes well, we do that, but the Passion in you is simply Amazing. The bike is looking good, but for the Red colour scheme. I bought the front tyre on your suggestion & the CVS guy was telling me it's great. There is one problem in my bike, the front foot peg bracket broke man & I 'm in the process of getting a new one made. The bike's parked in my Factory. Waiting for it.

mmmmmm wow, it looks as if it was taken right out of the factory !

does the bike still have the HID lamps or normal Halogen ?

Hats off Sirjee ! Takes quite some dedication to maintain a bike in a spotless condition.
