    Suspensions on the front of dirt bikes have a lot of travel. If the rotors are present on the right, the brake hose is surely going to get pinched.

    To avoid that, all of them have front brakes on the left.

      Looks beautiful with Red protectors! Wonder if Yamaha could introduce 2T to outrace Hero Impulse?

        Yamaha do have a good contender to the Impulse. The TTR 125/250 . Uses the same engine and similar components as the YBX .

          Looks great. However, it would take ages for Yamaha to bring such bike here. I always feel 2T is much suited for the offroading bikes.

            i guess thats a fourstroke as he mentioned it uses similar components as ybx...if its four stroke then it will do much better then hero impulse

                    Glad you liked the snaps Sri. Yes it was worth every second spent riding on the track. We are lucky to have organizers like "Sportscraft" who have such events once in a year in Mumbai

                        Yamdoot,..the Doc!!!

                        @ yamdoot: Congratulations Doctor!!
                        As most of us experience & have...I have plenty of friends not only in India even abroad ( here I mean , friends who talk, walk, eat & sleep Automobiles)
                        Many of them i haven't seen pics even!!
                        I will have my own Anatomy about that particular person.....here about "yamdoot" ..as he is a Doc by profession ....I imagined him to a guy like '80s Bollywood hero ' Jitendra " with Stethoscope on his neck...., but now he seems to be teenager in the pics.
                        Any way two things happened today.....1) seeing Yamdoot's photos & 2) hearing to" rookieraj", even by his username, I imagined him to be a teenager.....but his voice was great...lucky Indian defense forces never missed a real blue hearten guy ( his voice resembled " Amitabachan of '80s)

                        ps: @ yamdoot; get a safety roll cage fabricated to your SHIFT..in case of participating these kind if motoring Events in future!!

                          Its always a pleasure to see posts and appreciation from you Muthu Sir. Well yes we all have an image about people we havnt met or seen. when im working, i dress up like that and when im biking/wrenching i am what you have described! I could have done all this years ago but studies etc. kept me away. I have realised that we only live once and i try to live my dreams whenever posssible! You can get old but you always have to be young at heart.
