Yes thats a RX grab handle cut and rewelded. Its mounts have also been inverted. This alone took about 5-7 hrs. It was the only way for me to save time on fabricating a new one. This one takes the OE tail lamp and indicators and imo it suits the bike well. It will be painted black. Kind of a classic DT 175 rear.
Also made a fork brace unsing an old RX mudguard and adding braces inside it.

Have you weighed the option of welding long carrier on to the grab rail or something like that? Having said, the one on your bike looks good.
Also Shogun type square blinkers for the rear would be more appealing in my opinon since you have rectangle headlight.

Thanks for the suggestions Sri. The grab handle imo is already long .. goes much beyond the original rear end of a RX. Actually the pics are not able to do justice to the looks. In real it looks better i think. The Shogun blinkers are a bit too big for an off road look. How are these btw? Im also thinking of coloring the front fender matt black and also the grab rail.
I'll try to get better pics. meanwhile how are these?

Now I'm able to see the grab rail is big enough. With regards to the blinkers, my feeling is that anything in square small shaped would suit well. (I'm not able to see other than first picture - thanks to office network).
Color scheme for front fender and rear grab rail, something in those lines of blue for the fenders and black for grab rail would be better to match the gas tank and side shields.

Suggest you to think of Impulse for the rear tyre or in the similar lines of front - large button type.

Also the mods have been done keeping in mind that when required, the bike can be brought in stock condition within 2 hours.

Oh yes you'll see the MX helmet woth proper pics soon!
Im in two minds between matt black and the blue on the tank. Rear mudguard has to be black for sure.

thanks a lot dude ...another question how much did it cost u??????????? everything all the set up i mean....
i do wish to install a disc brake set up for my bike....i have already bought all the pulsar disc and the required components but i am in a limbo as i cannot find suitable alloy wheels for my bike..please guide me as to which alloy wheels i can buy....

If you are talking about the Gladiator disc and wheel setup, it roughly costs about 12-13k these days. This includes both the assembled forks, assembled front wheel [ spokes, hub, disc axle etc.] Disc, master cylinder+ caliper, the fork 'T' and crown plate. The whole set up is plug and play on any RX including alloys.

Im not a big fan of the pulsar or the pulsar disc setup on a RX so cant comment on that.

^^ Beauty. I would have have added a single cross grill on the rear rail. This is one bautiful mod I should say. Also, any conclusion on the paint job? Or just simply change the front fender color to matching blue would be a short cut. How about half chain cover, does that go well? Just my thoughts.

Thanks Sri. yes im making a half chain cover from aluminium. good thought on the single grill! Abt the paint i couldnt bring myself to spoil the fab. glossy red paint on the fender. Although it cant be appreciated in the pics , the red shade and gloss is amazing. I'll be painting the grab rail black and fabricating a rear fender from aluminium. There will also be a cargo net on the rear seat in red to match the front fender. Lets see how it looks.
