HeHe.. Karthik, you are never too old to be a 2stroker. Many international classic 2 stroke and RD/H1 forums have most members above the age of 45 and experts above 50 who say they're still learning! [for eg. Dave Friest] .

I guess there is no age limit for 2-strokers as long as one can handle the powerband.Originally posted by BigBore View PostI am 30 years old, so now you can guess Doc's age

Ok.. a small pictorial update guys. Got a custom chamber built as an experiment. Its still raw and it'll go for a powder coat soon. Chamber performs well with the bigger carb and sounds sweet . Its kept straight deliberately keeping the theoretical EC design in mind and that it doesnt attract immediate attention of traffic cops. The endcan is of a larger dia with a thicker guage sheet to keep it less loud. Cant reveal much details on it as dont wanna have any more controversies.
Btw, as most of you know, the red one belongs to lil bro Arun.1985 Yamaha RD350 HT

The bike is performing extremely well with the EC, the power that kicks in after 5,000 RPM is crazy!!

Thanks JD and Satish. Like Arun said, the power kicks in at 5k RPMs and its insane. Difficult to control the bike. I wish the power came in early at atleast 4k RPMs and that wouldve made it more fun to ride in the city.1985 Yamaha RD350 HT

A pic of the chamber after powder coating. Redesigned endcan for silent low Rpms and a bassy sound all over.
Washed the bike after 3 months. Has acquired lots of rust in the Mumbai climate. The paint and chrome has come off at many places.
A video coming soon.

A video coming soon.- Beautiful Nitesh sir...! May i know how was the EC designed? I mean any softwares or from an experienced guys..
- Secondly, I have understood that you have installed dual stage reeds on stock cage. I never knew it was possible, i was thinking one had to do some jugaad on the intake. Some light on that would be great sir...

Thanks Dafc!Originally posted by dafc View PostNiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!!! That rev oh so good
Ram it was done on a software and so the straight shape rather than the commercially available upswept ones we see routinely. Thats pretty much i can share.Originally posted by dual disc 200 View Post- Beautiful Nitesh sir...! May i know how was the EC designed? I mean any softwares or from an experienced guys..
