Actors say they do their own stunts for the integrity of the film but I did them because they looked like a lot of fun.

Most of the fancy stuff here is sold off as 'Bangalore' item.. eg. chinese lights, levers, aluninium headlight stays, chambers etc.

HA HA HA ,,,they do ..and i have made at least 3 people run to the Yamaha showroom...poor guys...they don't notice the old registration number. i'm often stopped at fuel stations by other people to hear their sob stories of how tragic it is for them to sell off their yammi long back n how they regret it n how come i saved the bike...etc etc.

                  Nice

Couple of observations: Side Panels looks tad darker than the tank or is it the pics?

                  Seat is from RX135?

Have the crankcase covers have been painted too?

Thanks ! No bro its the pics ...the side panels seem to match otherwise ..seat: RX 100 not available here ..in Chandigarh 98% of Yamaha are 135 not 100 so spares are mostly of 135 ..no i dint paint the crankcase ..it was pretty decent ..just washed it a lot to make it look all new ..

Looks great! it needs a new complete nut-bolt kit or zinc plating on old ones.

                          • Nice one @rxfan.
This or the red is the color choice of most people who restore the RX-100.
Its not hard to notice but you could get these changed.
                            >The kicker which is from the 135.
                            >The cover on the handle bar, was not a part of the 100, ever.
                            >Seat is fine, personally i think the 135 is better and the RX-100 original seat was a eye and but sore.

Good job with the fuel filter, hard to find them here and also the original grips. Overall fantastic job, congrats for the restoration.
