Hey Yamdoot! I gotta ask...is the Tamiya model you got difficult to put together? Are the parts really delicate? My fingers are not so thin..they're kinda fat...will the parts break??? really nervous about getting mine...Originally posted by yamdoot View PostWow. nice model there Bluesmoke. No its not difficult at all but yes parts are very delicate but new parts wont break. Tamiya make the worlds best model kits. Good luck on finding one!Originally posted by Bluesmoke View PostHey Yamdoot! I gotta ask...is the Tamiya model you got difficult to put together? Are the parts really delicate? I have a few other models, MVAgusta 3Cylindri, Honda Cb400N from other makers but the fit n finish just does not compare at all.

add a long carrier to this bike, she will become much cute..
A well maintained bike there. I have seen loads of Rajdoot 175 s when I was in Nasik, exact location Loni. Well maintained ones were rare and did't find any with this much perfection.Originally posted by sambit View PostMy Grandpa's Raajdoot 175,which I took for a short tour(around 100 kms) recently....YAMAHA RX100 - 1986

Brings back so many memories. When I went to buy my RX in '03 I actually saw one in the service station parked. With all the plastic on...first time I had ever seen a brand new one. Just too excellent dude! Keep her sparkling!Originally posted by sambit View PostMy Grandpa's Raajdoot 175,which I took for a short tour(around 100 kms) recently....

Alok, how authentic is this data on RD350? The top speed mentioned is 80mph which works out to 128.7475 Kmph!!!!!!!Originally posted by sixspeedtwin View PostYes indeed the Rajdoot 175 production stopped in 2003. Last lot bikes had small catcons like the rx135 "tiger" 4-speed model.

Manual says 150Kmph!!!!!! I really have my doubts, if the Indian RD (30.5BHP) actually does 150Kmph (True speeds).
And does it say "Printed in USA" ??Last edited by karthikdattag; 10-12-2011, 03:23 PM.

The top speed seems authentic for a card printed in 1991. Remember, that the LT was launched in late 1984.
As per the owners manual, the LT does 130 kmph.
So I guess that the bhp specs need correcting .... should be 27 bhp for the 1991 model.
Even the brakes info is wrong ... 5.9" translates to 150 mm for the brakes which is wrong ... it should be 180 mm ... The Kayaba front fork info is accurate.
Also the cards WERE printed in the USA .... these are issued in lots and are a collectible item.02 Qualis GS
