I remember when i was a kid we had a Brooke Bond godown behind our house where i used to see truckloads of Bonds getting parked every few days. I always love it.* Even as a kid i thought it was so easy to ride and ready to take on a dirt track. It still looks very sporty and still facinates me!
The model was later manufactured as BSA FALCON and then finally something called as Muskat MG .[ dont remember the correct spelling]
Guess, most of my Doc friends are very very Busy these days
Thanks for your Bonding with BOND!!
    * Yes you are right, even when you were a kid!!
This particular Chassis with mono shock was designed by BSA (Birmingham small Arms)just before shutting down their doors ( 7 such designs was passed on to their Worker's union as Compensation for their workers at 1971)
Only at early '80's BSA workers union, sold the Chassis drawing rights to various foreign companies,....one such foreign company was our own m/s Brooke Bond India's "automotive division", took the frame design from BSA & got the power train from Italian " Morrini Spa" ( a pure Moto X Mill)
hence BSA BOND , later came in two guises, ...dual shock version.
When the Tea & coffee manufacturer found this stuff too hot to handle....was passed on to Karnataka Scooters India ltd , the makers of FALCON Scooters than...
hence " BSA falcon", it had more FRP than metal in the Body parts...9poor built quality), just names changed with crappy parts...BSA MUSCOT , last but least....when KSIL, was about to drop their guns ,in reply to Indo -Jap 100cc invasion.....just made some TWISTED expansion chamber exhaust & lousy steering geometry...introduced a variant by name " Spit fire"...which spitted carbon dust on the the fellow riders & pedestrians
So now tell me.....are you going to restore your BOND??? after getting the pistons
