          here new RC book used to be issued with 3 years validity earlier but now depending upon the condition of the vehicle, its been issued for 1 or 2 years normally. 3 years validity is rare

          the best solution to this would be Maruti's headlamp. H4 can be used without any modification, the stock holder would do and H4 bulbs are easily available with 55/60 and 90/100 ratings everywhere
          cost -220 for lumax brand headlamp assembly + ~50 for holder

              it can be used with the same black dome. only the rim will have to be fabricated.

                  sorry am out of station and my z is restiing oiled and greased well!

                  it was performing well, though the mileage is low. Checked again, reserve to reserve and returned ~28kmpl.

                  i need to spend some more time with my bike to share my experince i think

                    so does the CD100 headlight fit directly or does it require modification too.
                    Why dont you guys get 5 year straight RC extension?

                      yes cd100's headlight is a direct fit, no mods required. its just a little smaller but the throw is good
                      here at my place the RTO nowadays gives only 1 year extension, i find myself lucky to get 3yrs extension bhai

                        Hello Guys... everyone.. you guys are amazing, each one of u. starting from Atul to the last respondent.. I read each word in each page and found it to have helped me in formulating an idea to restore my Blue RXZ 5 Speed with Brembo disc brake.... however I am stuck with the headlight assy part whether to go for maruti 800 h64 type or Splendour's clear glass type or CD100 one... I seriously don't wanna spoil the headlight mask by scraping it or breaking it while fiddling with it.. i'l be posting some pics of my bike shortly guys and am gonna need all ur help in completing this bike. Thank you all ..:-)

                          Can you please help me, I want to fit this Maruti 800 headlight on my RX100 without RXZ fairing only square headlight, I have already got the headlight stay of RXZ. My mechanic said it can't be done, So please help me regarding which dome should I use and also about Ring and mounting of the headlight, dont want to spend money on experimenting so please help me.
