Yes Vijay.. I was referring to the same ones in YBX...The info that you've given me is new. Thanks to that. Again, I'm so..used to see those YBX rubbers in the Z's over here..So thought that was the actual part came with the bike.

    Thanks for clarifying Vijay...:-)

      Just my 2 cents.
thanks sir, am getting the catcon painted but i wont be using it now, the chrome silencer will be polished and used I am still in a dilemma whether to use it or not :O

Again I am just saying, you could have waited for all new parts to arrive. Just my opinion Atul, please don't mind.

What happened to the pilot light assy, looks askew.
        Is the crown cover new??

Sent from xBhp Connect for iOS
thanks buddy i just wanted it to be different. The shocks are from TVS Victor, are a few mm smaller than stock.
The tank was taking too too long to arrive buddy, i waited three weeks for it to arrive and it has tested my patience a lot and i just couldnt wait anymore.
The pilot lamp assembly is new, i dont know why it looks so but i have seen plenty of rxz(s) with the meter looking off-position and yes the crown is also new, couldnt get the one with YAMAHA written on it

These pics were taken with flash on hence it doesnt reflect the true colour. The paint looks really awesome in daylight.

sadly there a small issue with the bike.

i noticed smoke and oil coming/leaking out from the exhaust opening, there is no extra sound though.

Could it be because of a faulty bent pipe, or the joint clamp or the gasket? I dont hear the noise which comes due to a faulty gasket though

mudguard was just kept in place to see how it contrasts with the other parts.

That's the exhaust manifold leak due to the gasket issue which is commonly known as "Exhaust Rope" leak. This is a pain if you can't arrest it, I've busted 7 ropes of Suzuki Max 100R which is of better quality than Yamaha and lasts longer and still couldn't arrest the smoke and oil from the manifold in my Z pipe. I've learnt to live with it..

On a serious note, nothing to worry about Atul...

The output is really nice, love the Z pipe on a Z, it makes a hell a lot of difference to the design part of the bike. Also i was under the impression that you were about to go for a 4S Maroon shade & decals..Nevertheless this thing looks good..:-) Waiting to see it completed...
