UPDATE:
Except the body kit, everything else has come home The body kit is yet to be painted as the TANK is on its way from the last two weeks 
No idea when my bike will be ready!
Engine was assembled yesterday. I was too tired to arrange the stuffs, here's a lazy pic

Got maruti 800's headlight today, it almost fits in, but has no clamps to fix it to the black doom.
With slight modification, slicing of the mask around the lower curves i think it could be used. Make is Lumax so it kind of gives on OE like feel

I am unable to get a 35w H4 bulb for it.

Go buy Honda unicorn bulb its a direct fit. Genuine Honda costs 200/- but output is very good. Give it a try. Oh yeah you need matching bulb holder.

H4 HS1 is interchangeable on my opinion. Even their mounting points are identical. So give a try.

Tank is still on its way(i've been told so) from the last 16 days
And thats the only reason why am going slow with the assembling process.
If the tank doesnt arrive tomorrow, i would get my old tank repaired and will use it until the awaited tank arrives, hopefully!
I expect my bike to be ready by this saturday if the remaining things arrive in time

it have no issue after drill simply take your 4speed cover to turner show him that cover and tell i want same drill like that because 4S and 5S cover have same dimension just shapes are different and your problem will be solved.and you got same look of 5S ZOriginally posted by atulgupta230489 View PostComment
