This is a pain if you can't arrest it, I've busted 7 ropes of Suzuki Max 100R which is of better quality than Yamaha and lasts longer and still couldn't arrest the smoke and oil from the manifold in my Z pipe. I've learnt to live with it..

On a serious note, nothing to worry about Atul...

The output is really nice, love the Z pipe on a Z, it makes a hell a lot of difference to the design part of the bike. Also i was under the impression that you were about to go for a 4S Maroon shade & decals..Nevertheless this thing looks good..:-) Waiting to see it completed...
thanks ram anna, the gasket was replaced and everything's fine now
I too love Z pipe a lot, and find myself lucky to have such a decent looking pipe
I like the tank stickers of 5z hence went for it anna

      THE WAIT IS FINALLY OVER!

Some earthing issue caused a lot of delay today, it took about 2 hours to figure it out
Then when the tank was about to be installed, came another big problem. The thread for the fuel tap nut was out, this almost made me cry Got a new thread done for 11no. bolt and this solved the issue.

Around 7.30 pm the bike was ready and i took for a spin, about 15kms ride.
A few detailing and finishing works to be done tomorrow

Here's a pic for now, many more and much better pics will follow tomorrow

Good work Atul, i really liked the colour its much better than the 4 speed maroon. The 5 speed clutch cover would have made it picture perfect. The bike looks brand new except the silencer, still don't have the shine. Or is it just the photo???

thanks rxdude i still dont know your name
RED has always been my favourite colour hence went with it
The 5speed covers and gladiators disc setup are due and will be done in a few months
The silencer is not that bad actually, though it has plenty of swirl marks on it. Actually there's a lot of oil, finger prints etc all over the bike and i need to wash the bike as soon as i getup tomorrow once washed, it will look much better for sure
