Got so many parts last week itself, posting the invoice copy (may be useful for fellow members to estimate the latest price)

Can Fiero F2 front fork assembly (with disc brake) can be fixed in RX? and any modifications required?
Because I'm getting one for a cheaper rate.

Mr. Boss - I would not suggest you to go for bigger battery. The battery compartment might need to alter, even then the battery might need to be squeezed (if it is 5ah) and the battery contacting the frame might damage the paint and result in rust formation.

Gladiator disc set up is a direct fit and works beautifully.

I believe your bike is underway while you started this thread. Just sharing my experience that, until you restore the bike completely, don't ever throw a nut bolt and screw even if it is rusted. You won't believe that even the smallest of nut bolt screw spacer collar might stop the show from road use legible.

Thanks sriram.
Dropped the idea of battery upgrade.

Gud luck on your Build.

Even Old Pulsar Front shock and Disk setup is a direct Fit. It will be very much cheaper compared to Gladiator Setup. Try to get Bybre Disk setup. My 135 has this setup and running smooth from past 1 year.

Thanks dude. Will look for old pulsar disc setup this weekend.
Bybre, is it from Brembo?

Yes, Bybre is a subsidary of Brembo. They cater braking systems for small and mid engine size in Brazil, Russia, India and China and other small countries.

Also, KBX (formally largest manufacturer of braking systems in India) was bought out by Brembo few years ago if I'm correct.

Update:
- Almost got all the required parts
- Plating & Painting completed (except clear coat) will be doing the sticker job tomorrow

Have a query here, the paint that is used for engine (crankcase, GB, head, cylinder) is it something special to withstand the heat? or same as the one used for other cosmetic parts?

Bad update

Paint shade & quality is not to my liking.

For Tank & shield I wanted blue color (darker shade of pulsar blue) but what I got is a more lighter shade
For Engine, hubs, forks I preferred dark grey (dark as much as possible, but not black) and he painted them in greenish grey

Should get them repainted this weekend in my presence.

Is it the paint quality or its the shade. If its related to the shade then here is the methodology.
I would suggest you take small area and spray the color to check the shade, if you like you shade and can go ahead.

One of my friends helped me in consolidating you parts list in excel format. i don't know how to upload a excel file.

Update after a long time.
Due to some personal issues, putting this restoration on hold for a short while.

In the meantime I have already stripped and painted my RX135 frame. Will be using the parts procured to restore my RX135.
Let me start a new thread for RX135 restoration.

RXG restoration will resume once completing the RX135

Will be resuming the restoration job by March 1st week (too much commitments bundled till Feb end)
Painting / Stickering theme will be of RX100 (Wine Red - inspired from SriramEfunds RX100)

Current status:
- Painting : completed
- Plating : yet to do
- Cosmetic parts : procured (monograms, lamps, etc)
- Electricals : procured (battery, harness, swtiches)
- Few other parts carry over from my RX135 (meter assy, seat, air filter, tool box, tyres etc)
- Engine : yet to start

Here comes confusion.
It is a known fact about RXG's jerking problem. I haven't experienced any major jerks in my friend's RXG (hardly driven for about 50kms) Request RXG owners to comment on this.
Should I restore the engine to stock RXG condition or convert to RX135?
Incase if I'm going by the second choice, what are all the parts the need modification?
as per my understanding (and from other threads like "Differences & Similarities between 135cc RX series", "Frequently Asked Questions (Yamaha RX Series) below are the changes required
- Clutch bell assy : 71x22 to 74x19
- Sprocket : 15x37 to 16x34
- Addition of resonance box / powerbox

How about the carburetor and wiring harness? Is there a change required? Because I have already got a RXG wiring harness (yet to compare the same with RX135 harness)

Adding a snap of painted parts (the blue ones where already fitted in my RX135)

First smear the tank with 2T oil all over. Put a petrol tank cap, give a thin film like coating on the outer surface and wrap thoroughly and away from moisture.
