      Forgot to mention about the worst update.

      Right side shield damaged (all 3 mounting areas were broken)

      Hit by fellow biker's crash guard in office parking.
      No time to get the replacement part, so as of now running without shield.

            Usually I reach office early in the morning and leave late.
            While parking or when leaving my bike will be standing all alone.

            Should change the place where I park, may be near the security.

              Is this blue paint custom mixed or readymade? It Looks so good. And congrats on your restoration. By the way I can see a while patch on your mudguard front side. Is it scratch or some glare?

                Not an custom mix.
                And there is a scratch in front mud guard and I'm getting it replaced with a brand new one.

                      No Sriram, old pump from RX135. Not sure if the shaft had shim washer. By the time mechanic was fixing the pump I was cleaning the carburetor.
                      What will be the effect if the washer isn't used?

                        Shims are used to adjust the gap correctly, so that the correct 2t oil keeps flowing into the engine, adding the shim will increase the stroke and vice-versa.

                          Changed the cut-seat to OE seat a couple of weeks back

                          Now came the problem.
                          OE seat (increased height w.r.t the earlier one) + Pulsar handlebar combination gifted me back pain.
                          So rolled back to the OE handle bar again. Will post the latest snaps soon.

                                Update:
                                - Covered 2500km after restoration
                                - Changed the transmission oil (Motul)
                                - AF ratio tuned on the lean side (current mileage is 28kmpl, will post the mileage post tuning)

                                Problem faced / facing:
                                - Bike started jerking a lot after tuning the carburetor
                                - Oil leak from magneto side observed, found the culprit being oil seal. Changed it
