Ok about engine oil: I use Shell 2T for mixing with petrol, and gear box we use 90 grade oil.

I have heard that jawa/yezdi can run on kerosene. Can someone tell me if its true and how is that possible?

Yes sir
Jawa n yezDi both can run on petrol as well as kerosene .

But the thing is that you have to create 1 more small tank for petrol. So in small tank its petrol n in normal big tank its kerosene

Because it will start on petrol n when the bike start put off ur your petrol supply n On your kerosene supply to carb

Just like small Honda generator.

Bike will start only if it has petrol. but once started it can run in Kerosine.

The drawback would be, Engine bearings, would go off soon, because of kerosine.

THis must have been the common practice about 25-30 years ago, when these bikes were available brand new and all that "some" people cared was a low per km cost. But with the machines and the spares becoming rarer with each passing day, this is not at all advisable or encouraged. I have heard similar stories about rajdoo 175 bikes that were run on kerosene.
