The front fork looks very similar to Rx forks. So maybe you can check and if so replace oil seals with Rx ones.

The rx ia quite big and even the closely matched bajaj M80 and other bikes are not matching so will try to go to some big oil seal dealer and try to get it 😞 but are u guys aware of the grease stuff what my me hanic is suggesting

Yes I am. It used to be done for big British bikes. Though there were no oil leaks with this method, there was always a stiffness to the shocks and they were more prone to wear out and fail. If you have the old oil seal with you then just go to any big rubber manufacturer and get the same grade rubber and have them cut to spec. I did that for my Pearl Yamaha 1969. Most all rubber parts were missing on it. Do check tvs excel super and hero Honda oil seals (older models) it should be a match. Though I could be wrong.

Oil seals, in my opinion are generic parts like bolts, nuts, etc. They come in sizes, so if you do have the existing ones take them to a industrial equipment shop that deal with water pumps etc. There are chances of you getting them easily by just showing them and asking for them. Other options include shared parts, like Balgi mentioned, of RX. Sometimes the things that are so hard to source maybe lying at a place least expected.

That is basicaly the replacment of the center part of the logo in Zundapp logo.

Byw I tried to find such logo in india and ended up here

Request you to please give a suggestion on which sticker to use if i have to make the Indian one I am not sure how perfect our sticker guys can manage and if its the logo from the link is it of superior quality i am not sure and also it says its for Bullet 500 so i am not sure if it would fit Explorer tank.

Btw i also got the number plate done with the duplicate IND BLUE with embossed numbers

                                Will post pics soon....
