Nice! I prefer Shell Advance VSX 2T and Motul MotoMix over others.I find them to be the best in performance.

Would recommend the Motul 3000 20W40 for the gearbox.

I'm yet to try Motul Motomix in my MAX100R. I saw YAMALUBE 2T Motor Oil(new stock Rs 385/-) in a spares shop, hoping to give it a try...

regarding gearbox oil, I'm using Castrol CRB Plus...I bought a 5 Ltr can in 2016 and it just went dry during the last oil change 5-6 months back....see the below link.

I'm hoping to use Motul 2000 Multipower which Naveen Reddy has used in his restored IND-Suzuki AX100. but yes Motul 3000 20W40 is available in almost every spares shop we come across.

              UPDATE

BIKE HAS DONE 5000KM ODO with me!

              She's doing amazing!

The Fuel I filled recently (at a different on),Turns out to be a bit dirty so the filter became choked so the engine struggled to keep accelerating,But using it up and adding new fuel at my usual station (kind of) fixed the problem.Attaching a picture taken close to Uthandi Beach!

                UPDATE : 5400KM ODO

Changed front and back Brake Shoes and now the brakes are working much much better!
Cleaned and relubricated the chain and adjusted tension : Quieter and smoother performance

                Issues :

                Exhaust Heat Guard Rattling
Clutch has become a lot heavier and harder to use (Need to resolve ASAP)
Rusty inners of Petrol tank causing trouble near reserve

Guys please recommend me ways to make the clutch operation/action smoother.

                Thank you

                  FINAL UPDATE : BIKE SOLD!

After 6600KM of pure 2T Fun,Happiness and Experience,I had to let go of my motorcycle to a good friend of my father who loved the bike and was ready to pay good amount of money for it.So had to let her go,What next ?

Probably an Apache RTR 160 4V,Considering the fact that it's the best in the current 150-160cc segment with double the power compared to Max 100R,I think that's the way ahead!

I thank everyone who helped in getting the bike back to shape.I thank everyone who supported me with their kind words by sharing knowledge and suggestions!

I request mods to close the thread.

Got the mirrors and fixed them today! Original FIEM ones.Costed about ₹185.Also the Flute Screw was loose and the threads were not there so I had to change that too,Resulted in a much nicer exhaust note without the flute jumping around.Removed the Under-Engine cowl with was rusted and was rattling at speeds above 40KM/hr.Now the bike is ready, waiting for Oils to arrive! My 2 cents.
Its a very good and most underrated bike in its era. IMO it is equally good as an RX100(my peraonal view[emoji28]). If my memory serves right TVS suzuki was stopped around 1996 after that TVS and suzuki JV came to an end. And Suzuki started manufacturing as Suzuki MAX100 R till early 2000. We can find the headlamp shape change from box to round. Final batch was from TVS from around 2002 till the govt put to an end for legendary 2 strokes. And this little bee was replaced by Tvs Star[emoji852].
My dad sold TVS suzuki max100r in 2003 and replaced with a new TVS max 100r. Latter has some weight reduction and still has the essence of max100's. I still ride a 2003 max R it can easily compete with todays 100 to 125cc 4 strokes. Never broke down once. Crossed 1.5L kms. Engine work done on around 1L kms. If u can live with FE of around 40 to 45 kms and if u love the scent of burnt 2T oil go and get ur ride. Hope this helps!!!
My bike returns mileage of just 25kms...Please suggest for improving to 45-50kms...
