      i truly envy u bro...these are the kind of emotional things that makes me want to restore my dad's IND-Suzuki AX100 as well....mine is red though.....

      u have replicated the OEM? u mean the stickers?.....all the very best...

        absolutely a great idea to restore your dads bike, all the best and any support that i can offer i am in.


        yes i have an old copy of the original decals,being over 30 years they lost the glue. i have made a sof
        t copy of the same so that the radium works guy can use that as reference and cut on the machine instead of manual hand drawing and cutting

          Finally done a good 5 hours job at the decal works guy. Both him and me are zero compromise heads and the work has turned out to be epic

            what is the anti-rust treatment?....is it an additional layer of coating?

            finishing on the fuel tank is top-class....when are u going to fit the IND-SUZUKI badge on it?.

                  Good work there bro. i just wanna highlight the problem i faced while restoring my bike, i have clearcoated the tank with four coats as per the best possible procedure and that looks real nice even finishing, but one day petrol spill out and to my utter surprise te whole one side of tank got badly stained. I wondered what happened to the clear coat when get in touched with petrol.

                  Plz apply some type of hardner coat on the clear lacquer, i dont know exactly what type but its important.

                  Btw caution sticker looks great

                    That's a surprise
                    Wondering if it has got to do with the clear cost. It might be imperfect.

                    I have got several bikes painted never heard of this.

                      Can you please help me as to how to remove the rust and get this coated ? My Max's Tank inner surface is also rusted.I am using slightly premixed petrol to keep it from escalating and it's been doing a good job.But I want to remove the rust.

                        Sure buddy.. contact any of your painters who's exclusively into painting two wheelers .thy should have it.. if not worst cases send the tank to me I will get it done for you and ship it back.

                        I have got anti rust done for my rd350 tank as well like I did for ax100 both the tanks are in mint condition inside however this is just a precaution for future.
