Thanks Guys,
I have decided to go on with the rebuild. I booked the Parts today with Yamaha total cost bomb that fell on me is 23000/- it still has many small things left which will come up at the time of assembling. They have promised me that parts will come in 5 days ( I guess with the increased price they are improving on service also the guy from Yamaha Informed that with this price increase Yamaha is planning to provide all parts of previous bikes even RD ).
for the Chipko andolan guys after the restoration is complete I am sure that the bike will emit far less than what the old 4stokes and pimped up rides ( read the ported and modified screwed up bikes) are emiting, so I guess It would be fine on PUC which I plan to get after the rebuild.
Many guys have already told me that I have gone crazy building a 14 year old bike for 30k.
@ Atul ... Dude I may need your help if some part is not available as the block kit is in back order.
I have disassembled the bike and sent the bike for Paint Job. Will be starting a new thread for the rebuild details soon.Comment

You are right about the emissions, infact there is a thread on that and some of our strokers emissions are way below the limit.
Do take some pictures of the build process itself.

Sure I will try to upload each and every part details with price if I get the time or atleast the scanned copy of the bills.
Update : Bike is back from paint so starting to assemble. Pics coming up soon
