Spare Parts in Thailand - a Hoax ?

Hi, Guys!

It is funny, I was all set to get myself some sexy RX King parts for my RX 135 from thailand since my dad flew over on work.

The crazy thing is all those shop keepers say the last they heard about the RX King was 20 years ago ;-) how about THAT !!! ...so, no parts available.

I hear Indonesia is where its at, hmmm... Just thought of sharing this info with u all.

You just need to know the right places and sources. Bit time consuming too. Even at Indonesia they are not just everywhere. Very few out selected outlets keep them. I know as Ive been at both countries.

Atlast after a lot of search i finally found dis METAL KEYS LOCK SET "RARE" of yamaha RX135..........der r more 4 set (1250/_ + shipping chrges)available if require PM or mail me on [email protected]

Rx lock set never came with mrp beyond 660-700 bucks. Not sure why double the price.

Ders no price tag on it n aso ders no part no..hes up there to make money. ..I had bought a headlight of RX 135 ( without dat parkinglight) last few moths back which isnt available nymore he charged me 700 fr it when available it ws fr 400..jus think

Jatin80:- if you need help let me know. Buying and selling spares at exorbitant rate is neither called helping nor any act of honesty. It's a filth business. Helping should be selfless and it doesn't matter if you can't.


@All:- For those who wants metal keys, all you'll need is to find blank metal keys and have it done at the key maker for a fraction. If you have too much of money and want to dump in the drain, there are many 'agents' selling 2T spares at high price, you might consider this option as well.

This happens, but at least not here in Kerala. If you are buying something from Banglore J C road most of the spare parts dealers are not even willing to show you the product before buying especially to an outsider. It's like, if we take it out from the shelf you have to buy or else you just get lost.
