RX135 5-Speed Came with Mikuni VM20 (Oval Slide) with Identification Number "4TL4 20"

RX135 4-Speed Came with Mikuni VM22 (Round Slide) with Identification Number "4TL 01"

RX100 Came with Mikuni / Mikarb VM20 (Round Slide) with Identification Number "36L 00"

New ones are not available for any of the above mentioned models. You will have to check some used market & then check the carb condition.

For a 5-Speed you can always use the 4-speed Carb, but an RX100 carb is not advicable. Always go for an upsize carb. You can also go for Mikuni VM24 which came in Yamaha RS125 with Identification Number "2YA 00". Its an excellent carb uptil stage-2 mods.
