    1. Used 4TL10 (1st Oversize) and 5 Speed Head.
    2. 5 Speed sprocket kit (38T/16T) from Rolan.
    3. 5-Speed conversion kit. (This includes 34rd,4th and 5th gear, Axle main assembly and shift shaft cam).
    4. 5-Speed Carbuerettor.

Here are some pics attached. Can you please let me know is there anything else that can be done.

That's a great set of parts you have. If it is not too much trouble, could you please help me in sourcing some of them, as i'm sailing in a similar boat. You can reply here, or via PM, however way you are comfortable.

Thanks in advance and keep us posted on the build progress

    Cheers

However the kit that rolon sells for the 5 speed has 16/38 for some reason. I spoke to yamdoot abt the same thing sometime ago and he said that the top end wud be better with the rolon
That's interesting. I frankly didn't know about that 15T front sprocket. And Yamdoot is bang about the top end increase. 36T/16T gives a ratio of 2.375 compared to
2.5333 of 38T/15T OEM. Seems I'm getting the best of both worlds !

Can you please explain this a bit further.

Hey Firbie. The conversion kit, sprocket kit and clutch side cover would be the easiest to procure in that order. For the bore kit and head this would take about a weeks time to get one.For me getting the RXZ-5 speed carb was the toughest thing to do..but do-able with a bit more search.

Hope this helps. PM me if you need any more details.

      Cheers

      • New addition to my conversion process.

        1. I was able to source an RXZ tachometer, speedometer, the meter bracket, pilot lamps all from PRICOL.
        2. All the required OEM cables.
        3. Original gears to carry out the conversion.

        Cheers,

Shoaibak - Can you please start a new thread so that we may continue the same enthusiasm better with pictures as well? That would be a treat for all of us. Let's spare this thread for spare parts for sale and discussion.

Thanks Satish. I know it is not VM22 but not RX100 carb either. I believe it shares same carb for Suzuki Shogun?!?!

                          • Guys, I have posted this question in the HELP section and I already cunningly asked it here once earlier to which i obviously got no reply ;p The question IS related to spare parts somehow, please read if u have a few seconds to spare.

My RX 135 has 5 gears but is running on a 4TL00 bore. I opened up my bore coz it is smoking white smoke and mechanics here in hyderabad (some of them) say I can't bore it anymore coz its on max size (4th oversize?). So i have to buy a new bore.

I am going to delhi day after tomorrow. I plan to visit karol bagh. My question, something's wrong with my bike configuration, right? although it runs beautifully. my joy every day. CAN I BUY A 4TL10 bore for my bike or am i fooling myself coz i actually have a 4-speed bore on it.. what in the world is going on. please kindly advise me.

My chain sprockets are also confusing (i only know now coz i've started repairing my bike at home). 15 front and 37 rear.

I want a new bore or a replacement whichever. SO i DO need spare parts, see ?

Nope; if it runs, it's all well

If you get a genuine TL10, buy it, otherwise get TL00, both works
