See, it's not that I want ONLY from Sriram, I'm open to buy from anyone, as long as they make a decent profit & nothing like 100+% profits. Like everyone else, I don't like to get ripped off either

I have few OE used RX spares up for sale. Used on a Japenese model RX (the late 80's model) and were replaced while upgrading the bike to 5 speed. Here's the list of Spares available:

Black tank and side panels (with sticker and emboss) - not the RX100ish tank.
How much do you think is a reasonable cost for these if i happen to source it offline.

non OEM tanks are available with original side panels every where ..

Why don't you buy the crank-assembly unit? That comes with factory fitted connecting rod (2YA). I'm able to help Chennai xbhp with some patience. I'm sure you'll be able to source it in Mumbai. Last time when checked the price quoted was around 3.5k MRP.

Is the crank assembly available for RX 135, if so please pm me.

Bore kit I don't think you will get, and if available too ready to give a hefty sum. Tank and side panel for RX 135 is available from Yamaha genuine shops. OEM tanks comes in only two shades maroon and black.I recently bought both tank and side panels. Tank costs around 3000 and side panels 340 rupees each.

OT: i congratulate myself on finally reading up on every single post on this spare-parts thread ;-) it has taken me a month. and mannn, karthikdattag and yamdoot and sriram, and several others: u guys have taught me SO MUCH about my 100 and 135. thank you! this forum ROCKS like mental!!! ..and i wish myself all the best working on my bikes! i have good advisers.

i have an rx100 which i'm going to rebuild soon, i've taken down notes so i can find the right guys to source me parts.

i will post in the 'help me' portion of the forum to figure out why my rx 135 5-speed has a 4TL00 bore kit with a 5 speed gearbox. i just replaced my front and rear sprokets in my front room early this morning but front 15 and rear 37 =( ...i'll keep learning i guess [i very smartly typed off this para in this thread.. sorry ;-) won't happen again]

P.S: my dad's coming from america next month, can i pick up spares from there for my bikes that will be mind-blowing? like fiber-reeds, air filter, carbs, jets ? any rare stuff best available there? (i plan to keep my 100 stock and my 135 mod it like mad). SORRY FOR LONG POST.

Hello Friends,

Finally, I procured an used 4 speed cylinder kit. It's running on an oversize 0.50 piston and need a bore job. Please advise me regarding piston I need to use for next oversize (manufacturer, size, and where I can get in Noida/Delhi area, etc.). I am going to have this kit rebored next week.
