sprocket sizes: i thought one of the guys here said 38 is the standard for 135 5-speed.. so that bothered me too. glad to know these sizes are okay.

delhi (karol bagh): any shops there i can trust 'more' than the others? i'm not sure how to look for a 'genuine' 4TL10 but i'll look at the quality of the piece.. i've seen several pictures on this thread. i'll obvious ask u guys b4 i finalize a deal.

I have a RX135 4S 2001, I want to replace air screw and float needle of my carburetor. Iam unable to source carburetor spares in chennai... Vendors selling Original spares told me that the company has stopped manufacturing it. Can someone help me in sourcing the spares ? if the spares are unavailable Iam ready to get a new stock carb if available.

I am searching for a big cat con silencer cover both the 2 pieces( metal plate and chrome fittment)...can any one tel me were i can find these two parts in Pune??

Both carb repair kit and new carb are hard to come these days. However, there could be some stockists having these but we need to go around and find it. Especially 135 air screw is not easy to source, however, most of RX100 carb repair kit might come handy. Best is to go to Pudupet and buy second hand and use it as donor.

As you know Pudupet, you'll get the whole carb, but you'll need to assess the best before you buy. Sitting in the arm chair might not get everything in a platter. I would think price depends on condition and how you bargain. Make a visit and learn yourself.

FYI.. Go in an Auto or bus. Vehicle safety is a concern even if you manage to get parking.

My friend sent me couple of pics of RX-K (Malaysian), interestingly it had 4Y200 on the left side of the bore. Now, can anyone tell me if this part of the RXK cylinder series and 18bhp?

Am in the process of rebuilding my rx135,been to yamaha factory shop,malad,mumbai,enquired about spares.Besides the new 5speed 4TL10 block,they were on ready to take orders for any other spares.The person at the counter says that these spares even if ordered do not show up.Where else can I source spares in mumbai??Any help/pointers as to where I can procure spares will be much appreciated.

^This bike is running in Vietnam. He wanted to buy a bore in India, so had to educate him to look out for 4Y2 bore kits in S.E. Asia.

I'm not sure what were you trying to say here. I thought they(factory shop) were ready to take orders for other parts. Then you said, if ordered won't show up. Also, not sure what were you looking out for. Kindly post with some completeness as it would help others know your requirement and in turn help in their capacity.
