Putting up the block and head and piston for sale. You will have to purchase rings separately ( 150-200 bucks ) since i have lost mine. the gudgeon pin and circlips are there.

Update - Looks is no longer accepting order for 5 speed head, though the 4 speed & RX100 heads are available & orders accepted. If there're any old stocks on 5 speed heads, they're the only ones to be available. New ones - a big NO.

Got my 5 speed cylinder kit!

After waiting for more than 4 months nearly, i finally got my hands on the 5 speed cylinder kit that i was waiting eagerly for.

First comparisions indicate that there isnt much difference between the 14.5 bhp block and the 12.5 bhp block other than the size of the exhaust port, which is longer in the 14.5 bhp block.

If there are any other comparos please let me know.

The con rod, crank pin, rollers and side washers are all made in Japan. Showed the parts to a few friends who know their stuff, liked the quality of the con rod components.

              pics for viewing attached.

thank you thank you.. but more than the barrel, i was very impressed with the quality of the rollers and the con-rod and the crank pin.

Now with my next order i am tempted to order a complete crankshaft from there, with the head, and engine side panels etc.

Other parts that i feel i should get are a bigger carburettor ( help me if anyone can arrange one here ), fibre reeds etc.

The plan ( if my gf permits ) is to buy a RX135 stock engine in dilapidated condition, but with a good gearbox, and install my current RXZ setup on it ( first oversize 12.5 bhp block, with rebuilt crank and con rod, and new rings/bearings/seals).

^^ yup it would work, but then it would need modding to connect the 2-t oil line etc. i was hoping for a made for two stroke carburettor.

Hey Buddy, Just wanted to know which make of Piston is factory fitted, TOP-PRO or ART ?

The left side of this cylinder has marking 3KA20 132cm3, what does the right side say ?

And how much did you pay ?

And why did you have to wait for so long (4 months !!!), i mean these Black Bore kits are readily available in Bangalore & Mysore. Would have shipped them to you. Its just that i am not very clear about this bore's performance on Indian RX 135s. Please share some more info.
