I'am from delhi and i have hunted high and low for the RXZ Mter assembly....found the tacho meter and cable and stuff that goes in fixing the tacho cable but have not been able to find the pilot lamp that goes in the center.

Hi everyone! This is my first post on xbhp, sorry to interupt this thread but all of you guys are really passionate about 2strokes and it is really good to know there are such helpful people in xbhp!! I bought a 1988 RX100 3yrs back running on 2nd bore from a pig catcher. I just have a question and I would really appreciate it if any of you could help; My bike gives me a mileage of 38-40kmpl if i drive sensibly without revving, but when a "pull" the bike in any gear, it flutters mid-range then it really gives a turbo-charged effect (power band) using a fake proton purchased for Rs650. Does this mean the bike is ported? or is it just me?

Called up the helpline number on the yamaha website. Said that parts would be available from the 2nd week of July....lets hope so...

guys, how do we differentiate between a RX100 and RX 135 clutch housing ?anyone got pics of the RX100 bell?

how good is a resleeved rx100/135 cylinder ,just asking out of curiosity as most guys seem to do so here

Depends on the sleeving job, but generally there will be a 10-30% loss of power ( between a good sleeve to a very bad sleeve job )
