Ask your friend to go for modern age bikes. Two strokes era already facing the extinction. Spares do not come easily and you'll have to hunt across cities. Unless he is so inclined to get 2stroke I would not suggest, save your friend from jumping into the world of surprises (2stroke). It is not worth right now to go for 2stroke bikes where there are many offerings in 4 stroke with better technology.
