    Saar...let us get the numbers first; without numbers its difficult to even block the room. After the dates, the resort owners will ask "how many people", followed by "food arrangement" & we should've answers for it.

    Unless we've an excel in place, we cannot speak for accomodation.

          So The dates and venue is finalized lets begin the next steps

          1. Selection of team leaders
          2. No of persons in a team
          3. Arranging for accommodation
          4. Finalizing T shirt design
          5. meeting point of teams
          6. events @ munnar

          Ps: set dead line for each process.

                        Yea, here in Bangalore we did a Pre ride last time. Would recommend that to all the other cities as well.

                                Riding in the hills is Fun, but also dangerous. Do not endanger yourself and others in the groups by taking necessary risks.
                                Please correct the TYPO!!


                                Stopping for loo/ciggy/photograpy is not recommended as it will break the riding formation, and also lead to scattering of the groups.
                                Ciggy and photography can be done avoided till the next break but how to handle the nature call??
