              Man, needless to say? Take it to your office everyday, that way you'll be able to munch more than simply sleeping in the garage!!! You'll have too many volunteers otherwise!!!

              Praful - IMO, 17 or 70, I'd say even if it were just 10, the idea is to ride & have a gala time for TSG2G; but as always, bigger the better. I wish you freeze the date like poll, for the registrations too. Otherwise it becomes difficult for logistics, any last minute minor additions/drops are always fine.

                        There can't be a cut off date per say, simply because people will keep signing up/dropping out till the last minute.

                        I think somewhere around mid-feb we will take a call on the numbers and go ahead with the resort booking factoring in a 10% variance for the attendance.

                        I think this time, for bookings if we have people paying up beforehand it would be a better idea, saves the problem of last minute drop outs too.

                              Correct, but we did not get it done, due to lack of time.

                              @karthiktup - I suggest we keep it as Inter-state G2G in the t-shirt as we are expecting few riders from MH...
